Ethiopia is an origin well known to coffee connoisseurs, both for the history of the beverage and the unique characteristics it produces. Our Grade 1 Yirgacheffe has a winey acidity and distinct notes of dried drupes (stone fruit), along with a viscous mouth feel and rich finish.
As with all peaberries, our Tanzanian Peaberry is actually a genetic mutation that results in the coffee cherry yielding a single, oval-shaped bean as opposed to the normal two, flat-shaped beans. It offers a distinct black cherry note with a sweet, tart quality that yields a uniquely rich cup.
