Indonesia is comprised of thousands of volcanic islands whose nutrient rich soils produce some of the world's most exquisite coffees. Our Grade 1 Mandheling has virtually no acidity, relying instead on its honey-like texture and deep, pungent flavors to elevate it to one of our most highly sought single-origin coffees.

Harvest: June - December
Altitude: 1200 – 1350 meters
Soil: Volcanic loam
Process: Wet hulled and dried in the sun
Flavor Notes: Peppercorn, sage, toffee, dried apricot
