As with all peaberries, our Tanzanian Peaberry is actually a genetic mutation that results in the coffee cherry yielding a single, oval-shaped bean as opposed to the normal two, flat-shaped beans. It offers a distinct black cherry note with a sweet, tart quality that yields a uniquely rich cup.
