Ethiopia is an origin well known to coffee connoisseurs, both for the history of the beverage and the unique characteristics it produces. Our Grade 1 Yirgacheffe has a winey acidity and distinct notes of dried drupes (stone fruit), along with a viscous mouthfeel and rich finish.
