Pacamara is a hybrid variety (developed from Pacas and Maragogype varietals) and is known for producing coffees with two signature characteristics: large, round beans and distinctive creaminess when brewed. Our Finca La Bella Pacamara checks both of these boxes and then some, with hints of chocolate in the nose, wine acidity in the cup, and a rich creaminess throughout.
